Bob Russell MIH - Director

Ground-Work is supported when necessary by Associate Consultants with the requisite experience and expertise.

Ground-Work and its consultancy partners work with organisations such as visitor attractions, stately homes and meeting venues who need help growing and developing their business but do not have the in-house resource or expertise. Our team of consultants specialise in helping to drive revenues, attract more visitors and develop staff, and have a wealth of experience in catering, marketing and HR.
